Who we are

Uranoz Solutions LLC ("Uranoz", "we"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, designs, builds, hosts and maintains websites. You ("the client") are the person or company that buys a plan or the diagnostic. You can reach us at hello{'@'}uranoz.co or through the contact form.

Plans and scope

Each plan has a one-time build and a monthly plan. The scope of each plan (pages, design, SEO, contact form, languages, integrations, monthly hours and reply time) is described on the plans page at the time of purchase.

Before payment you confirm the number of pages and languages. If the project needs more than the plan includes, we propose the right plan or a separate quote before starting.

Build fee

The build fee is paid when you sign up, through Stripe. The build includes the review rounds described for your plan.

Timelines depend on receiving the briefing, content and access from you. Delays in providing them move the launch date.

Monthly plan and minimum term

The monthly plan starts on the launch day of your website and is charged to the payment method saved at sign-up, every month on the same date.

The minimum term is 12 months from launch. If you cancel before it ends, the remaining monthly fees of the minimum term are still due. After that, the plan continues month to month and you can cancel with effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual billing is available with two months free.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

The plans are sold to businesses and to people acting for a trade or profession. If you buy as a consumer — a private individual, outside any business activity — and you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this section applies to you, and nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing up, without giving a reason. If you ask us to start before those 14 days are over you keep that right, but you owe a proportionate share of the work already delivered at the moment you withdraw. Work only starts once you send the briefing, so nothing is owed on that basis before then.

The 12-month minimum term runs from the day your website goes live. It is never renewed for another fixed term: after it, the plan continues month to month and you can cancel at any time, with effect at the end of the current billing period. To withdraw or to cancel, a message through the contact form is enough — no particular wording or channel is required.

Hours for changes

Monthly hours cover content updates, new sections, small features and adjustments. Work is estimated and approved before it starts and counted in 15-minute blocks.

Essential hours do not roll over. Professional and Premium hours roll over for one month. Problems caused by hosting, security or by our own work never use your hours.

Redesigns and features that need more than 10 hours are quoted as a separate project.

Ownership

Your domain is registered in your name and your content is always yours. Because the build is paid in full at sign-up, we hand over the website files whenever you ask, within 5 business days and at no charge: source code, images and texts, plus ownership of Analytics and Search Console. Handing over the files does not end the minimum term. Paid third-party licenses bought under our account (fonts, stock photos, plugins) may need a license of your own.

You are responsible for the content you provide and for having the rights to use it.

Refunds

If you cancel before the kickoff (before we start working on your briefing), we refund the build fee in full.

After the kickoff, the build fee is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Monthly fees already charged are not refunded.

The diagnostic is refundable until we start the review. Once delivered, it is not refundable, but it is fully credited if you join a plan within 30 days.

Prices, currencies and taxes

Prices are set per region (United States and other countries, Europe and Japan) and shown according to your location. The currency charged is the one shown at checkout.

Prices exclude taxes. Applicable taxes are added according to the rules of your billing country.

Not included

Email accounts (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), paid third-party services, plugins or licenses, and advertising are not included unless agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep your website online and secure. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months before the event that caused the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes that affect active plans are announced by email at least 30 days before they apply.
