Website diagnostic

A sample with evidence, impact and priorities.

This sample uses a September 2026 pre-fix snapshot of the Uranoz home page. It shows the depth and format of the deliverable without exposing a client project.

Example findings

The findings describe the archived state used in the sample, not the page you are reading now.

01High priority

The price changed after the first render

Evidence
The pre-rendered HTML chose USD or JPY from the interface language, then replaced it after the region request completed.
Visitor impact
A visitor could see one amount and then another, weakening confidence exactly when comparing a purchase.
Recommended correction
Pre-render the offer without monetary values, reserve the space and reveal only the final regional price.
02High priority

The portfolio call to action had the wrong destination

Evidence
The button invited the visitor to request a diagnostic but linked to the plans section instead of diagnostic checkout or contact.
Visitor impact
The destination did not match the stated intent, adding friction and making the offer feel unreliable.
Recommended correction
Use a project-conversation label and send it to contact; keep diagnostic buttons tied to diagnostic checkout.
03Medium priority

The main diagnostic action lacked buying context

Evidence
Before clicking, the first screen did not state that the diagnostic was paid, for existing sites, or included a report and 30-minute call.
Visitor impact
Visitors had to search for basic fit, cost and delivery information before deciding whether to continue.
Recommended correction
Place audience, final regional price, 3–5-day delivery, report, call and 30-day credit next to the main button.
04High priority

Direct links to checkout pages returned HTTP 404

Evidence
Opening or refreshing localized checkout URLs such as /pt/start/diagnostic and /ja/start/essential requested the route from the server and returned HTTP 404 before the deployment fallback was corrected.
Visitor impact
Visitors arriving from bookmarks, shared links or campaigns could not reach checkout even when navigation inside the application worked.
Recommended correction
Align the Vercel clean-URL rewrite with the application entry point and verify HTTP 200 for every supported plan and language.
